I am a postdoctoral fellow in the Lauhon group at Northwestern University. I explore novel semiconductor material properties, implement them into next-generation device structures, and examine their operating principles. My research explores an area where electrical engineering (e.g., device fabrication), materials science (e.g., material characterization), and applied physics (e.g., device characterization) intersect.

I received Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, with the supervision of professors Deji Akinwande and Jung-Fu Lin. I received B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Seoul National University in Seoul, Korea, where I was born and grew up in.
